How it works

From a revenue goal
to a sprint that's running.

Not a timer. Not a to-do list. A coached day: the coach reads your rhythm, tells you what deserves the next ninety minutes, and puts you in a room with people doing the same. Here's the walk, start to finish.

  1. 1

    Set your goal

My Plan works your revenue number backwards to the daily action worth $525. $400,000 a year, worked backwards, stops being a wish and becomes a number of conversations per day.

  2. 2

    Pick your rhythm

The Ultradian day is 6 sprints, sized to your cognitive curve. 75-minute sprints while the battery is charged, 45-minute sprints as it draws down, recovery after every one.

  3. 3

    Get your daily brief

Every morning at 7am, an email tells you what deserves your first sprint, what happened yesterday, what your Circle did, and where today starts.

  4. 4

    Start the sprint

In one click, solo or with your Circle in a live room. Mics stay muted during focus and cameras are optional. Any recap recording is announced in the room.

  5. 5

    Get the coach

AI recommends your next sprint, explains why, hands you the first step. Trained on Pete Moulton's Ultradian Method, it reads your day and tells you what deserves this sprint.

  6. 6

    Reply to check off

6pm evening SMS: "did you finish?" Reply "1,3", done. Your commitments are checked off from a text message. Nobody else does this.

  7. 7

    Repeat

Watch your Accountability Score climb. Sprints, completions, and consistency roll into one number, so you have honest proof you did the money work, not just felt busy.

The Loop

One closed loop.
Nine steps.

Every feature feeds the next one. That's the difference between a coaching system and a pile of productivity tools.
